Rainbows and Brownies celebrate royal wedding

Over 120 Rainbows and Brownies from Worcester Park celebrates the wedding of the royal tea party on Tuesday night.

They are decorated with souvenir sheets, first highlight the local disk of one of the sandwiches, sausages, cakes, fruit and ice cream, then shouted and danced to the sounds of disco.

Scrin Linda, Brownie leader of the second Worcester Park Brownies coordinated the event.

"Everyone had a great time,"she said. "And I hope that this is something to look at them as they watch the ceremony on television.

"Girlguiding celebrates its centenary last year and it was a good way to follow up with another big night celebration, " added Christine Wicks, Administrator for the District Girlguiding Greater London West.
